Meet the team – Deborah Armstrong

Qualifications and memberships:

• BA (Hons)
• Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD)

Deborah has 25 years’ experience working at senior executive level, operating at board level in a variety of sectors and on her own account.

She has a vast portfolio of experience in business that she brings to Trevor Gilbert & Associates including change management, recruitment, team management, mentoring and competency development.

Her strength is within the HR sector which is also complimented by a healthy dose of pragmatism.

During her career she has managed large teams, negotiated with unions and found time to build two houses!

As well as providing HR consultancy Deborah is passionate about architecture and lectures at the University of Hertfordshire’s School of Creative Arts on interior architecture.
