Meet the team – Natalie Styles

Qualifications and memberships:

• Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CMCIPD)

Natalie has a substantial background operating as the HR Director for a national veterans’ mental health charity, Combat Stress, and more recently working as an HR Consultant for a range of start-up and scale up businesses.

Her speciality is in conducting investigations, disciplinary and grievance procedures and advising businesses on employee disputes.

With 20 years’ experience working in a range of industries and sectors, Natalie is a highly experienced HR Director with extensive experience of recruitment at all levels.

She was HR Business Partner at Firstassist Insurance Services, involved in delivering training to staff and line managers, managing disciplinaries, grievances and absence management.

Natalie was recently appointed a Non-Legal Member of London South Employment Tribunal.
